About The Position

Position Summary... We are seeking an enablement design leader who brings discipline, clarity, and intent to how enablement experiences are constructed at scale. As the Manager of Enablement Design & Experience (Design), you are accountable for ensuring enablement solutions are thoughtfully designed, structurally sound, and capable of driving meaningful knowledge retention and skill application. Operating from clearly defined enablement strategy, learning outcomes, and constraints, you determine how enablement goals are achieved. You design the experience architecture — frameworks, formats, sequencing, and standards — that translate strategic intent into executable plans for delivery. You do not set the business goals; you ensure those goals are met through deliberate, evidence-based design. You are highly effective in ambiguous environments, bringing order where requirements evolve and iteration is expected. You approach re-work and refinement as part of the craft, maintaining rigorous version control, design integrity, and quality standards through frequent change. You actively evolve the enablement function by identifying and applying innovative adult learning methods that improve engagement, retention, and skill transfer — balancing experimentation with scalability and operational reality. While this role is not typically internal-customer facing, it is highly visible within the enablement organization. Your presence in meetings, working sessions, and reviews — as well as the quality of all artifacts and communications — reflects a high standard of professionalism, polish, and executive presence. About the Team: Our team leads high‑visibility initiatives that accelerate business performance and operational excellence. We partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to design assets, streamline project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes. This role plays a critical part in enabling consistent project execution and supporting organizational priorities. What you'll do... Enablement Design & Experience Architecture Translate enablement strategy, learning outcomes, and requirements into clear design approaches Determine the appropriate formats, channels, and experience models to meet defined goals Design enablement frameworks that support knowledge acquisition, skill development, and behavior application Apply adult learning principles to support retention, practice, and reinforcement Intentionally sequence enablement experiences to manage cognitive load and maximize application Design Standards, Quality & Consistency Establish and maintain design standards for structure, layout, naming conventions, and experience flow Create and maintain reusable templates, frameworks, and design patterns Ensure consistency across enablement experiences while adapting designs to initiative-specific needs Review designs for clarity, accuracy, alignment to requirements, and readiness for execution Identify design risks early and recommend adjustments before execution begins Iteration, Re-work & Versioning Manage iterative design cycles, including frequent edits, refinements, and revisions Maintain clear version control and documentation across design artifacts Incorporate feedback from Strategy, Execution, and stakeholders while protecting design integrity Adapt designs as requirements evolve without compromising quality or intent Maintain a constructive, professional approach to re-work and change Learning Innovation & Continuous Improvement Research and evaluate emerging adult learning methods and experience models Experiment with new approaches to improve engagement, retention, and skill transfer Apply innovation thoughtfully, balancing creativity with scalability and feasibility Partner with Strategy to ensure innovative approaches align to defined outcomes Capture learnings from experimentation to inform future designs Cross-Functional Partnership & Presence Partner closely with the Strategy Manager to clarify requirements, constraints, and success criteria Collaborate with the Execution Manager to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and executable Represent the enablement design function with professionalism and executive presence in meetings, working sessions, and design reviews Document design decisions, assumptions, and rationale to support alignment and continuity What You’ll Bring…
