The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to meet business objectives. This role drives accountability, monitors performance metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities to drive program success and resolve critical issues. The manager aligns key stakeholders, ensures compliance with company policies, and delivers performance insights to senior leadership. By fostering strong relationships and promoting adaptability, this position enables strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote a high-performing, respectful workplace culture. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

Proven experience in program management with the ability to coordinate and oversee complex initiatives.
Strong skills in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder relationship building.
Demonstrated accountability in meeting goals and driving continuous improvement processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage expectations and present performance status.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development.
Ability to analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data.
Experience mentoring and developing associates to build a high-performing and motivated team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
