Requirements

• Proven experience in program and project management with the ability to coordinate and oversee complex initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership skills, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage key stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate associates while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-level deliverables.
• Monitor program performance through data analysis, key performance indicators, and return-on-investment assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and program success.
