Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating management of multiple programs and project operations, managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, ensuring programs are executed on time and within budget, and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Experience in program management 5-7 years required
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role 1-2 years required
  • Knowledgeable of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Implement programs aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Monitor program progress and proactively address any deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure programs are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing program management team members, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
