About The Position

This Manager, Professional Services role leads a team of Business Analysts delivering client-facing implementations of our commercial insurance SaaS platform, with accountability for requirements, solution alignment, and UAT through successful go-live within a billable Professional Services model. The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA leader with experience in Policy Administration Systems and P&C insurance, who can engage effectively with carrier stakeholders, guide teams through complex rating and coverage requirements, and balance delivery quality, utilization, and continuous improvement of BA practices.

Requirements

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software or technology, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience leading BA efforts for external, client-facing software implementations (SaaS preferred and/or enterprise platforms preferred)
Background in P&C insurance or policy administration (commercial lines experience with PAS, MGA, or underwriting platforms is a plus)
Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a delivery-focused environment
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and UAT leadership
Demonstrated strength in coaching, change management, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., PAS, ERP, CRM)
Agile or hybrid delivery experience
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications
Experience working with offshore/distributed teams
