About The Position

This Manager, Professional Services role leads a team of Business Analysts delivering client-facing implementations of our commercial insurance SaaS platform, with accountability for requirements, solution alignment, and UAT through successful go-live within a billable Professional Services model. The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA leader with experience in Policy Administration Systems and P&C insurance, who can engage effectively with carrier stakeholders, guide teams through complex rating and coverage requirements, and balance delivery quality, utilization, and continuous improvement of BA practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software or technology, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Experience leading BA efforts for external, client-facing software implementations (SaaS preferred and/or enterprise platforms preferred)
  • Background in P&C insurance or policy administration (commercial lines experience with PAS, MGA, or underwriting platforms is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a delivery-focused environment
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and UAT leadership
  • Demonstrated strength in coaching, change management, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., PAS, ERP, CRM)
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications
  • Experience working with offshore/distributed teams
