How we LEAD: The Manager, Production Operations owns the end-to-end execution of production with third-party vendors, from order placement through inbound delivery and receipt. This role is accountable for production timelines, vendor performance, quality inspection readiness, and inbound logistics coordination to fulfillment centers. The Manager ensures operational accuracy across ERP systems, enforces compliance with production and shipping standards, and drives KPI performance across on-time delivery, goods receipt, and production cycle time. This role partners closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Finance to ensure product flows efficiently, issues are resolved proactively, and data integrity is maintained across systems. How you’ll CREATE: Own end-to-end production execution with third-party vendors from order placement through inbound delivery and receipt Manage vendor production timelines, shipment readiness, documentation accuracy, and inbound logistics coordination Oversee quality inspection coordination and ensure production outputs meet established quality and compliance standards prior to receipt Maintain visibility to goods on order, WIP, in-transit, and received within ERP and tracking tools Ensure accurate ASN enforcement, packing list validation, and goods receipt into ERP systems Partner with Logistics and 3PLs to ensure on-time inbound delivery to fulfillment centers Coordinate with Finance to ensure invoice accuracy, timely reconciliation, and vendor payment readiness Track and report production and inbound KPIs, including on-time delivery, cycle time, shortages, damages, and exceptions Proactively identify and resolve production delays, inbound issues, quality failures, or data discrepancies Drive process improvement to strengthen production
