The Quality Control Center (QCC) Manager is a member of AVI-SPL’s Systems Integration team responsible for the daily operation and success of a Quality Control Center. By leading, developing, and mentoring staff you will drive the organizational goals of increasing velocity and maintaining consistency while ensuring quality, all critical elements for enhancing project profitability and achieving customer satisfaction and success. This position will partner with local office and regional leadership to: Predictably and reliably deliver commissioned systems and equipment for projects. Drive efficiency and improve financial performance and customer satisfaction on projects. Focus the QCC team on quality outcomes that continuously exceed customer expectations, earn repeat business, and maintain our industry leading position.
