Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Product Strategy and Operations Manager. Holman is currently recruiting for the position of Manager- Product Strategist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
  • Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Breadth and depth of experience in product development and/or product management
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Project Management certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate assigned product portfolio for suitability, industry positioning, and competitive SWOT analysis.
  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling market positioning statements for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to create, manage, and optimize the product P&L, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze ROI for products and enhancements with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead the creation, ongoing management, and reporting of product Health cards, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on product strategy, positioning, and performance metrics, influencing decisions at the enterprise level.
  • Proactively evaluate new markets for existing products and identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Consult with leadership to define program objectives, operational procedures, and constraints; maintain collaborative relationships across all levels.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with all levels of personnel.
  • Lead and develop Analyst – Product Strategy team members, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables across all product strategy initiatives.
  • Communicate with all levels of the business as required to ensure expected timelines are met and any necessary updates are communicated to management
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
