Key Position Details: 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period) 8-hour day shift No weekends Job Description: Guides the creation and evolution of digital products and application strategies and experiences. Identifies customer needs, prioritizes features and delivers value to Allina Health’s users and stakeholders. Responsible for conducting market research, competitive analysis and user feedback to validate and refine product ideas and hypotheses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, development or related field in an agile, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Defines and communicates the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Allina Health applications and products with an emphasis on viability, desirability, and the latest CX enabled technologies.
  • Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and trends in the market.
  • Consults on user acquisition and marketing strategies for new products.
  • Contributes to commercial activity, such as providing strategic input into technology innovations, model developments, and RFP responses.
  • Leads ideation exercises and drive creative problem solving
  • Collaborates with product management and pillar leads to craft the product roadmap and priorities.
  • Researches, builds and champions cases for new investment areas.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to understand customer problems, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
  • Works closely with designers, researchers, and product managers to set the direction for products and/or portfolios and platforms.
  • Tracks and measures product performance, user satisfaction, and business outcomes
  • Engages with customers to be a customer advocate within the organization to drive priorities for growth.
