The Flooring Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing initiatives for the Commercial and Hospitality verticals. This role is instrumental in translating customer needs into compelling product positioning, go-to-market execution, and commercial tools that support growth. This person must effectively collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Sales to ensure Milliken’s Flooring products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and supported with the messaging and tools needed to win in complex buying environments. The role sits within the Flooring Strategic Business Unit (SBU) while partnering closely with Marketing Shared Services for campaign execution, creative development, and digital activation. The position is located at Milliken’s Global Headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.
