About the Team Ignite the future of finance with a groundbreaking role in Card Data, leading the charge for the rapidly expanding Discover Personal Loans (DPL) business! This Manager-level Product Manager position is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to architect the data foundation for a business experiencing accelerated growth. You will be the visionary defining and delivering three brand-new foundational Data Products across Personal Loans and strategically extending ten existing Card Data Products to power the DPL ecosystem. This is a comprehensive leadership role where you will own the full Data Product lifecycle, from initial concept to operationalization. You will lead the deep-dive into initial scoping, defining the attribute vocabulary, building the authoritative data model, and ensuring adherence to Enterprise Standards (DoD). Your mission will be to transform raw requirements into best-in-class data assets—APIs, streams, and datasets—that fuel consumption and revenue synergies across Capital One. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
