You’ll develop customer-backed and data-driven insights to zero in on the most pressing customer problems to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap. Shape our strategy for our talent management experience, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our business partners, people leaders, associates, and HRBPs. Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks. Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience managing products through the full AI lifecycle, from data discovery and model training to deployment and iterative tuning.
