About the Team Join the Partnerships Conversions Product team and be at the forefront of a major modernization program seeking to revolutionize how we convert credit card portfolios to Capital One. This is a high-impact role where you will: Own the Strategy: Drive the development and delivery of our cutting-edge strategy across Partnerships and the Enterprise. Build Next-Generation Software: Lead the charge in creating the next evolution of software, making Conversions easier, faster, and cheaper for the Business and Technology. Lead a Team: Directly lead one sprint team, guiding their efforts and output to apply next-generation technologies and improve Conversion Influence Big Results: Partner with major stakeholders on critical programs to incorporate their portfolio conversion needs into our development roadmap.
