The Procurement Manager leads PSECU’s enterprise-wide procurement function, ensuring the organization acquires goods and services efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in alignment with established policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle, drives supplier management excellence, strengthens contract governance, and enhances purchasing transparency. Serves as a subject matter expert on procurement policy, training stakeholders, and promoting consistent adherence. The Manager provides day‑to‑day leadership for direct reports on the Procurement team and collaborates across business units to advance PSECU’s operational maturity and optimization objectives. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed. In this position, you will Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiation, contracting, and purchasing, ensuring timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services. Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management in close partnership with Legal and Compliance. Partner with business units to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive cost‑effective and value‑driven purchasing decisions. Manage and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, workflows, and controls to enhance efficiency, governance, and transparency. Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements supporting organizational transformation Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team, establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and professional development plans. Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, spend analysis, and cost‑saving initiatives. Track and achieve KPIs, including cost savings and avoidance. Maintain accurate procurement records and audit‑ready documentation. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Procurement-related functions | Required
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
