About The Position

Manager, Process Management (Tech Strategy & Operations) We seek an exceptional and innovative individual to join People Tech’s strategy team. This role will function as a technology strategy analyst to help identify, structure, research, and communicate open-ended problems and influence senior leadership. As a Manager on the team, you will have conversations with senior leaders across the People Tech organization and our business partners about their priorities and technology needs, help identify key themes, facilitate story development, and help leadership tie roadmaps and deliverables back to strategy. You will coach the team in getting the most from our existing data, as well as writing new surveys to uncover needed insights on topics that will help shape Capital One’s People Tech strategy, product offerings, communications, and associate experience. Responsibilities: Help shape the strategic direction for the internal operations of one of the largest companies in the US, with a strong focus on identifying and solving internal associate needs Leverage data and research to help leadership influence long-term, destination backed strategies for our various internal lines of business Establish easy to consume storylines that help communicate our vision, strategy, objectives, and accomplishments Help establish an execution framework tying tactics and deliverables to OKRs, top of house imperatives, and strategy objectives to ensure we track, monitor, and communicate progress towards our destination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, Consumer Insights, Corporate Strategy, or a combination
  • At least 4 years of Process or Risk Management experience
  • At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years experience influencing technology strategy, developing vision, and tracking progress through OKRs
  • 5+ years experience managing and prioritizing among multiple parallel projects
  • 5+ years experience of written and verbal communication skills with storytelling
