Position Summary... What you'll do... About the team: The team leads Operations Excellence for Walmart Preferred Carrier, focusing on delivering a seamless and reliable seller experience across operational and support areas. Collaborating closely with Transportation Operations, Seller Support, and Account Management, the team identifies seller challenges, enhances cross-functional execution, and drives consistent service delivery. They prioritize process optimization across workflows and support channels to improve efficiency and service quality. As key operators, the team establishes performance expectations and ensures accountability for execution quality, responsiveness, and overall program success, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. What you'll do: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in. Lead change management projects, managing expectations and ensuring successful adoption of new processes. Monitor program performance against metrics, addressing post-implementation issues proactively. Manage global projects by applying industry best practices and adapting processes across regions. Provide guidance on policies, controls, and tools to support behavior change and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing change across complex business functions.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering transformational change from pilot to implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and influence organizational strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and company policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and driving measurable business results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
