Job Summary: Utilizes continuous and deliberate improvement methodologies to bring lasting change to Human Resources (HR) operations and services. Works closely with leadership to identify priorities and leads process improvement activities. Takes the lead to transform the workplace by coaching and mentoring team members to drive problem solving and root cause analysis in order to prevent issues from recurring. Ensures the utilization of performance improvement assets in all aspects of the organization. Collaborates on the development of policy and procedures affecting organizational performance. Serves as a resource for the organization on performance improvement methodologies. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree: Preferred Five years' related experience: Preferred One year's leadership experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Defines, manages or participates in improvement projects aligned with business strategies. Identifies areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets. Collaborates on the development of policies and procedures affecting organizational performance. Applies effective project management and/or performance improvement tools and techniques for system initiatives, balancing cost, schedule, and risks against projects and objectives. Leads or supports cross sector teams with other functional organizations across the organization. Writes effective and customized creative content for project proposals as needed. Develops and contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and governmental/accreditation regulations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
