We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Revenue Manager to join our Chicago-based Pricing team. Someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and business impact. Reporting to the VP of Revenue & Business Intelligence, this role is pivotal in driving revenue performance across our portfolio by optimizing new lease pricing, renewals, and ancillary income streams. Leveraging advanced tools such as LRO, MRI, and other industry-leading systems, you’ll turn data into actionable insights that directly influence profitability. Beyond the numbers, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Property Management, Investments, Marketing, and Sales to shape and execute innovative revenue strategies. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact, build strong internal partnerships, and play a key role in elevating our overall revenue performance. Please note: Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.
