The Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will support and help execute pricing, analytics, and revenue optimization strategies across Lamb Weston’s North American business, while playing a key role in connecting and aligning RGM capabilities globally. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, and international business leaders to drive profitable growth across large chain Foodservice and Retail customers. The position translates data into actionable insights, influences commercial decisions, and strengthens global RGM connectivity across regions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring frequent interaction with global stakeholders, including global General Managers and senior commercial leaders across time zones, requiring flexibility to engage outside of standard business hours. The role will also manage and develop a team, strengthening analytical rigor and business impact.
