The Manager, Platform Product Management leads the strategy, delivery, and adoption of shared insurance platform capabilities, supporting outcomes delivered through platform modernization and developer enablement initiatives. This role is accountable for running and supporting existing monolithic platform infrastructure while managing the evolution of modernized, API driven and batch enabled capabilities to ensure stability, scalability, and continuity. The manager helps establish Platform Product Management as a core organizational capability by driving clear ownership, consistent practices, and effective collaboration across teams. Success is measured by platform adoption, developer productivity, operational reliability, reduced integration complexity, and steady progress toward more modern platform capabilities. In addition, this role manages people, with responsibility for the recruitment, development, and performance of a team focused on product onboarding and enablement, while also informally leading cross functional contributors across product, technology, operations, and support.
