Manager, Plasma Logistics Training The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs across multiple Plasma Logistics Centers. This role ensures that all personnel involved in Operations, Quality, Plasma Supply Planning, Receiving, and Logistics are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Training Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement through targeted learning initiatives.
