About The Position

Fleet Farm is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to execute and optimize customer marketing programs across paid and owned channels. This role is focused on execution, optimization, and delivery, owning day-to-day performance marketing and CRM/lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, personalization). You will ensure campaigns are accurately executed, continuously improved, and effectively measured to drive business results. Reporting to the Director of Media Marketing, this role plays a key part in delivering Fleet Farm’s marketing initiatives and ensuring high-quality campaign execution across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Marketing Analytics, or related field
  • 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Experience executing campaigns across paid media and owned channels (email/SMS)
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, and CRM KPIs
  • Experience with platforms such as: CDP/CRM: Amperity, Listrak, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo Paid Media: Google, Microsoft, The Trade Desk, and similar platforms
  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute performance marketing and CRM campaigns across paid and owned channels (search, social, CTV, display, programmatic email, SMS)
  • Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Execute CRM programs end-to-end , including segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and campaign deployment
  • Manage campaign execution , ensuring accuracy, QA, and on-time delivery across channels
  • Leverage CDP and Martech tools (e.g., Amperity, Listrak) for audience creation, activation, and measurement
  • Partner with Marketing Analyst, Media Agency, and Merchandising to operationalize analytics and measurement , including: Supporting consistent executive reporting on acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer value Enhancing customer understanding through household-level data and analytics Contribution to reporting, dashboards, and campaign measurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
  • Manage agency and vendor execution , ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
  • Track and report on campaign performance , providing clear insights and identifying optimization opportunities
