The Manager, People & Capability Business Partner will support the TECH organization of Mastercard with the primary role to drive people strategy and business outcomes as well as ensuring all people leaders and employees are operating effectively. The role will deliver a wide range of human resources programs and activities, including, but not limited to the execution of the people strategy, business partner consultation, performance management, employee coaching, talent management, employee relations, and compensation planning. This role is a partner to people leaders and employees and reports to Vice President, People & Capability for TECH. Having a strong business orientation, a collaborative style and strong execution capabilities are key for success in this role.
