We are seeking a Manager, Payroll & Benefits who can dive into the details while also shaping the big picture. You’ll ensure our employees across the U.S. (multi-state), U.K., and Switzerland are paid accurately and on time, supported by robust benefits programs, and confident that their data is managed with integrity. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll run payroll, administer benefits, and manage HRIS data while also designing scalable processes, anticipating the needs of a growing global workforce, and partnering with Finance, HR, and vendors to strengthen compliance and efficiency. You’ll also help ensure we remain audit-ready and well-prepared as we move toward commercial launch and the expectations of a future public company.
