Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Job Summary: This job serves as a sophisticated thought partner, using specialized expertise to identify issues and recommend best practices for building and maintaining key payment partnerships. They lead functional projects that drive business improvements, collaborate with internal teams to analyze business trends, and nurture relationships with external entities. This job focuses on monitoring partnership performance and suggesting enhancements to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities.
• Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations.
• Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives.
• Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities.
• Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships.
• Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly.
• Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion.
