The Team At Netflix, the Brand Creative Studio is an in-house team of Strategists, Creatives, Designers, and Producers who identify and create culturally relevant and commercially rewarding ways for Netflix, and our partners, to delight our fans and the world. We help conceive and execute a variety of creative programs across a range of different shapes, styles and sizes of partnerships, with brands across many categories. Examples of the work created by this group can be found here - https://www.netflixmp.com/ About the Role We are seeking a Creative Producer to help transform ambitious ideas into reality across a diverse range of campaign deliverables, scopes, budgets, and lead times. This role functions much like an Agency Producer: scoping, bidding, staffing, and executing multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the Internal Creative Studio stakeholders, Advertisers, Cross-Functional Teams, External Vendors, Agencies, and Showrunners & Filmmakers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production and program management – from early feasibility and budgeting, through pre‑production and shoots, to post‑production and final delivery of all campaign assets. The ideal candidate has deep experience in commercial production and is passionate about bringing great ideas to life. You are a creative problem-solver who can balance craft, speed, budget, and stakeholder needs while maintaining a strong point of view on production quality and feasibility. This is an exciting new role at the forefront of a major Netflix initiative, with significant opportunity to help shape how we produce advertiser-facing creative and to grow as we bring new offerings to market.
