We are looking for a Manager of Partner Account Management to lead the team responsible for our most powerful growth engine: our Agency Partners. If you understand the unique dynamics of the agency world, know how to drive revenue through a channel, and love coaching a team to turn partners into power-users, we want to talk to you. The Role: Channel Captain, Coach, & Strategy Driver As our new Manager of Partner Account Management, you will lead a team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs) who manage relationships with digital agencies, dev shops, and marketing firms. This is not a traditional B2B support role. This is a strategic B2B2B leadership position. Your team’s goal isn’t just to keep the partner happy—it’s to enable the partner to sell. You will coach your team on how to turn agencies into advocates who instinctively add accessiBe to every proposal they send. You are managing the relationship with the partner and influencing the success of their end-clients.
