Flex’s Partners are essential to our business, playing a critical role in our ability to acquire new users and provide them with a world-class experience. As the Manager, Partner Network Operations, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of our Partner Network (PN) onboarding operations. You will manage a team focused on the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, technical implementation support, and data integrity. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational efficiency—balancing team management with hands-on project leadership. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales to ensure our partner network scales effectively while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. This is an ideal role for an operational leader who enjoys coaching a team, solving complex workflow puzzles, and delivering measurable results in a high-growth environment.
