About The Position

Partner with and Sr Manager, Associate Manager, and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic and Third-Party Delivery Media for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This includes working with Sr. Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and / or media
  • Hands on keyboard paid buying experience within Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360, Yahoo platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key)
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Resource for Ad Ops, IMC, MS&P, creative agency, other DGM teams, DGA, external partners trafficking questions
  • Troubleshooting for brand AM team members ahead of being brought to Sr. Manager
  • Owning and maintaining an up-to-date status doc for DG Status
  • Initial QA of campaigns across all channels
  • Assisting the creation of brand plans- initial budget allocation, starters with AMs, owning specific presentation portions and building slides, and ensuring plan is in accordance with MO along with Sr. Manager
  • Work with Sr. Manager to determine midflight changes- executes changes with AMs (budgets, creative, targeting) ensure all changes are made within platform, launch tracker, reflected MAF, communicated back IME and MS&P. SMs QAs.
  • Management of partner statuses (attending not owning), stewarding relationship for brand and partner
  • Ensure DV process is being followed and maintained by AMs inclusive of (Brand Safety, Viewability, OOGeo, and proper creative reports)
  • Proactively analyzing campaign performance and directing the team to make relevant optimizations
  • Pacing checks with AM (weekly cadence), ensuring MAF Updates are done by AMs on at least a monthly cadence
  • Support AMs in IME analytics bi-weekly calls on performance, best practice, next steps. Lead relationship with IME.
  • Attending MEF meetings, with initial thoughts to Sr. Manager about how it connects to bi-weekly media performance, when asked, own MEF inputs alongside AMs
  • Own scheduling JBP partner QBRs, coordinate with partner for full visit
  • Own initial QA of benefits and pacing tabs are being updated on appropriate timeline.
  • Deciding plan for AV credit application for Sr. Manager approval
  • Manage boosting and partner creative creation process, overseeing AM
  • Oversee messaging grid, trafficking sheet, creative workbook, etc. process to ensure all steps are being followed by AMs & Specialists
  • Be direct point of contact specialist development, growth, and workload balance. Delegate to AMs on training to ensure bandwidth is appropriate, and learning is key priority.
  • Facilitate initial audience waterfall in planning process alongside AMs to ensure saturation is aligned with goals.
