This position works closely with assigned leadership regarding strategic planning, program development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. Responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating staff and activities to ensure optimum service. Responsible for workflow, performance, regulatory compliance, and the overall management of assigned area operations to achieve exceptional care, superb service, and maximal productivity.
