Requirements
- Current Montana physical therapy license -or- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana physical therapy license within 30 days of hire.
- Current HS AED CPR certification.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of orthopedic patients, (total joints, post-op patients, sprains, strains) general weakness and neurologic conditions of all ages.
- Play a critical collaborative role in communication with entire medical team.
- Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to long-term success.
