BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for the planning, directing, and implementing the efforts to increase the organization's staff development and leadership readiness. This is accomplished through a systemic learning and development strategy –from on boarding to succession management. Employee engagement, surveys, events, service, change management. The scope includes non-clinical competency and knowledge development with an emphasis on a clear and direct link to the patient’s experience; and will collaborate with Clinical Education to provide a seamless educational experience.
