This role owns day-to-day execution, labor deployment, and adherence to standard work while partnering with peer Supervisors to deliver overall site objectives. The Operations Manager ensures consistent application of safety and quality standards, and translates production demand into effective staffing and execution plans. This role partners closely with Director, Program Delivery and other functions to implement process improvements, stabilize operations, and sustain performance in a dynamic, hourly-driven environment.
