About The Position
We are seeking an Assembly & Test Engineer that will own the assembly, instrumentation and testing of propulsion hardware. This role will be located in our Broomfield, Colorado facility.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 3-10 years propulsion or missile test experience
- Skilled in machining, fabrication, instrumentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience with blowdown tunnels or SRM tests
- Familiar with DAQ Systems (NI, Kulite, HBM)
Responsibilities
- Build propulsion hardware and test articles
- Design fixtures, mounts, stand and launchers
- Integrate instrumentation: pressure, temperature ,strain
- Perform DAQ setup, calibration, and test execution
- Write test plans, safety reviews and reports
