About this role ALC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly/Test I to join our Kennesaw Supply Chain team. The Assembly/Test I is a key player in the material flow, from the moment product arrives at our facility to the moment it ships out as a finished good.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3+ months of experience in manufacturing assembly
Ability to spend most of the day standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

Slide line assembly, testing and final assembly, and moving finished goods to the stockroom.
The Ability to meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.
Stocking modules in finished goods
Building boards on the assembly slide line.
Pulling parts.
Post, test, and finaling of modules in the POD.
Support Carrier Excellence, continuous improvement efforts and any change
Follow established company rules and regulations.
6S Daily, looking for safety issues and keeping all work areas clean and organized
