The Manager, Operations and Collections will provide leadership for the team and organization. They are responsible for oversight and completion of the daily activities within the team in the ICT Team. This person will be: Accountable for ensuring timely and accurate completion of the department’s tasks (Collections, Proxy Support, Disclosure/NOBO processing) Interact with clients to assist with queries related to invoices and payments Coordinate with finance to reconcile payment discrepancies Manage escalations with department leaders related to invoice challenges. Support Proxy team for material requests, inventory maintenance tasks Ensure completion of NPI data based requests of Shareholder Disclosure files and Nobo Files. Accountable for the department’s SLA performance Accountable for ensuring all procedures and processes meet global regulatory requirements Responsible for training, mentoring, and assessing staff performance
