Position Summary... Sam's Club is building a Marketing Intelligence function from the ground up-and we need a leader who can turn marketing activity into measurable business impact. As Manager, Operations Analytics and Marketing Intelligence, you'll help tell a consistent story of how marketing drives outcomes. You'll partner with world-class data teams to design analytics solutions that connect campaigns to business objectives, optimize performance marketing, and leverage AI to unlock new insights. In your first year, success means delivering measurable outcomes across these key objectives: Build the Marketing Intelligence Framework Define how marketing activities ladder up to business objectives. Develop models and dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Lead Performance Marketing Analytics Drive insights for paid media channels, media mix modeling, and campaign optimization. Ensure marketing investments deliver maximum impact. Partner with Data and AI Teams Collaborate with analytics and data engineering partners to design scalable solutions. Champion AI-driven approaches to improve speed, accuracy, and predictive capabilities. Create Executive-Level Storytelling Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Use visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries to influence decisions. Establish Data Governance and Quality Standards Implement processes that ensure data accuracy, compliance, and usability across marketing analytics.
