Lead the development and tracking of vendor performance KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Core responsibilities include the creation and continuous refinement of vendor performance metrics. The manager will work with stakeholders to define KPIs that accurately reflect vendor effectiveness, develop autonomous tracking systems, and serve as a liaison with IT to resolve data gaps and discrepancies. Work to ensure that vendor KPIs are integrated with supply chain and merchandising metrics to support efficient purchase order lifecycle management. Will partner with the Senior Director of Vendor Performance and Merchant teams to develop targeted strategies for improving vendor performance, particularly in areas like EDI and OTIF delivery. This includes analyzing data from multiple sources (Vendor P&L, category reporting, supply chain reporting, JOA, etc.), identifying root causes of performance issues, and proposing solutions. Spearhead vendor dispute resolution across supply chain processes and invoicing. Lead vendor training and continuous improvement initiatives. Will mentor and develop the vendor performance team.
