About The Position

Orlando Health is seeking a strategic and innovative Manager of Talent Strategy and Design to lead systemwide and service line-specific learning initiatives. This role will oversee the design and implementation of learning programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and support organizational performance and development goals.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in healthcare related field or Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.
  • A Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of directly related experience in learning and development program administration may substitute for the Master's degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the experience section)
  • Seven (7) years healthcare related experience to include three (3) years of program management/development or learning experience required.
  • Three (3) years of LMS administration in a complex organization required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to design and implement learning solutions using methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or Agile
  • Experience managing instructional designers, eLearning developers, or learning project teams
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and emerging learning technologies
  • Understanding of assessment and evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate talent strategy programs across the system and service lines.
  • Manage a team of talent systems consultants and technical resources.
  • Oversee the LMS and performance management tools to ensure efficiency and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Act as the learning representative in merger and acquisition projects.
  • Align learning programs with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate workgroups, forums, and committees to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, operational leaders, and physicians to support learning initiatives.
  • Use data analytics and evidence-based practices to inform program design and improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the healthcare environment.
