The Manager, Talent Operations owns compliance, payroll oversight, systems integrity, and operational excellence across the full teammate lifecycle. This role is proactive and future focused. You will anticipate regulatory changes, bring compliance updates forward before risk emerges, and build scalable tools, SOPs, and operating rhythms that protect and strengthen the organization.
