About The Position

We’re seeking a Talent Operations Manager to strengthen and scale the operational foundation of our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will lead a team of four Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) across regions while ensuring recruiting operations are structured, consistent, and effective at a global scale. This role combines people leadership with operational ownership. You will bring clarity to complexity, establish strong standards, and create the structure that enables high-quality execution across the hiring lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted operational partner to recruiters and TA leadership, ensuring that systems, workflows, and reporting are disciplined, reliable, and aligned to business needs. You lead change thoughtfully, balance detail with big-picture thinking, and create stability while the business continues to evolve. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $109,000 - $170,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
