The Manager of Security is a member of Congreso’s People & Culture department and manages Congreso’s Reception & Security Department functions, initiatives, and activities across the two facilities, promoting, implementing, and directing a welcoming culture of positive experience and safety. This position plans, manages, and continuously evaluates the reception and security operations of the facilities. The Manager of Security is responsible for contributing to and instituting comprehensive strategies and policies set by senior leadership, that focus on high-quality, effective results. Additionally, the Manger ensures optimal utilization of resources, in accordance with Congreso’s policies and procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements and other relevant guidelines, including but not limited to federal, state, and local guidelines and ordinances. This position reports to the Vice President of People & Culture. This is an onsite position. The Manager of Security applies the principles of the organization’s signature service delivery approach, Primary Client Model (PCM™), by promoting a positive employee/client-focused experience that is appreciative of the unique strengths, values and needs that each individual brings; and by using data to inform and drive decision making. Attention is given to compliance, quality assurance, and best practices as they relate to the role.
