Role Overview Our Manager of Product and Client Analytics will shape & drive our reporting framework, working cross-functionally across Product and Engineering teams to enable and land insights for Client Success and Sales, enabling teams to drive the achievement of business goals and intended client outcomes. Leading strategic initiatives to drive the integration of Product performance with client Utilization and Engagement, this individual will play a pivotal role in gaining insights into user behaviors, preferences and feedback. Through the aforementioned collaboration and initiatives, the Manager of Product and Client Analytics will direct the construction of standardized dashboards and reporting while owning and ensuring quality reporting databases.
