Under the direction of the Director of Education and Workforce Development, the Manager of Participant Support Services is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and evaluating case management and case assistance services in the Isaacs Center Youth Services. In addition, the Manager of Participant Support Services will ensure that Education and Workforce Development programs are welcoming, engaging, and support the social and emotional growth of each participant. The Manager of Participant Support Services will manage the provision of individual and group support to children and young adults with significant needs. The Manager of Participant Support Services is responsible for the training and coordination of case management and case assistance staff including part-time staff, seasonal staff, and interns. In addition, the Manager of Participant Support Services will focus on the development of exemplary client service systems and advocacy. In conjunction with the Manager of Education and Workforce Development at Isaacs Center, the Manager of Participant Support Services will develop policy and procedures consistent with best practices in youth services, explore innovative models of service, and facilitate the development of an extensive resource/referral network for clients. As a result of the efforts of the Manager, Isaacs Center will position itself as a client-centric and results-oriented service provider unlike any other in New York City.
