The Manager of Paid Search leads GDM's in-house SEM team, overseeing strategy, execution, optimization, workflow, and innovation across all non-programmatic search channels. This leader is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing SEM operation, introducing advanced Google capabilities (PMAX, LSAs, Shopping, etc.), and ensuring campaigns are accurate, fast, and sales-ready. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical SEM guidance into clear, client-friendly messaging. This manager works closely with the Director of Paid Media & Managed Platforms to deliver excellence at scale.
