Homecare Homebase is searching for a Manager of Operational Excellence who will work with our clients to ensure the HCHB product is being used to the best of its ability, while staying regulatorily compliant and producing the best ROI upon implementation. This position requires a deep operational knowledge of Home Health and Hospice industries as well intimate experience with the HCHB Product. This position will be responsible to develop best practice workflows and overall use HCHB to ensure clients are successful in an operational environment. At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As Manager of Operational Excellence, you will play an essential role in providing operational guidance to new and existing customers. This includes consulting regarding best practice workflows, design decisions, staffing models, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in aligning client operations with the best use of HCHB Software. Homecare Homebase’s mission is to empower exceptional care among all the clients we serve.
