Position Summary : The Manager of Maintenance, Multi-Family will be responsible for leading and managing the overall maintenance operations of a senior and family multifamily housing portfolio of 500 + units that includes LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), HUD Section 8, HUD 202, NSPIRE (REAC), and other affordable housing programs. This role requires a driven, proactive, and highly skilled professional who will take full ownership of the hands-on maintenance and upkeep of their assigned property, while also supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and operations across multiple properties within the portfolio. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, overseeing on-site technicians, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards and physical condition requirements. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in affordable housing, demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, and show a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality throughout CHN’s portfolio. This position may also involve occasional travel to other multifamily locations in neighboring states on a limited basis. The rate of pay for this position is $65,000-$67,000 per year, commensurate with experience (FLSA Exempt).
