Requirements

3-5+ years of multifamily supervisory experience
EPA & CPO Certified
RealPage/OneSite proficient
Large asset management preferred
Excellent communication & organization skills are critical
Must have superior customer service attributes
Strong problem-solving capabilities are a must
Possess the ability to resolve conflict & maintain confidentiality amongst the sites
Equipped in building a positive team environment

Responsibilities

Hold maintenance teams accountable for daily work order completion & vacant units turned in a timely manner
Diagnose & repair routine maintenance issues alongside team members
Monitor all Make Ready Boards for accuracy & transparency
Walk completed unit turns for quality production on a daily & weekly basis
Assist the Maintenance Supervisors in collecting bids from vendors for work being performed
Lead all maintenance teams in keeping grounds immaculate thru out the day
Execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs
Perform monthly inspections of all logs kept on site
Help the properties pass annual pool inspections
Inspect all maintenance shops for cleanliness & product control
