We are seeking a Manager of Legal Support Services to lead and further strengthen the team that supports our attorneys and their work. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role offers the opportunity to build on a strong foundation while continuing to shape a consistent, high-quality legal support services experience across the firm. The Manager of Legal Support Services oversees the Legal Administrative Assistant team in New Orleans and partners closely with firm leadership to ensure that people, workflows, and day-to-day support align with practice needs and firm priorities. This role is central to delivering exceptional attorney support and client service through strong leadership, effective operations, and a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and respect. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful and engaged people leader who understands the pace and demands of legal practice, enjoys developing talent, and brings clarity, consistency, and sound judgment to their work.
