Reporting to the Lead Legal Analyst , you’ll manage a variety of tasks with precision and confidentiality, supporting the legal team as they safeguard the hospital’s integrity and mission. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED .
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience in administration or related field.
  • Some experience with office technologies, including Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power point etc.).
  • Proven experience providing executive-level calendar management support in onsite and remote environments.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing events, managing logistics , vendors, and communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree and no experience.

Responsibilities

  • A dministrative tasks like scheduling. meetings, event planning , coordinating travel, document formatting and editing, tracking and maintaining vendor contracts, coordination with other teams , etc.
  • Ability to manage complex calendars for senior staff and legal leadership in both onsite and remote environments, including scheduling high-priority meetings, resolving conflicts proactively, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders .
  • Prepare and manage reports related to budget, expenses , etc., seeking guidance as needed.
  • Manage telephone calls/voicemails and communicate messages as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine administrative tasks like ordering office supplies , etc.
  • Support in the recruitment process by coordinating itineraries and travel for departmental visitors or new recruits.
  • Assisting in drafting Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs ) related to administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
  • Coordinate and execute events of varying sizes, from internal team meetings to large organizational gatherings, ensuring all logistics , vendor coordination, and communication are handled seamlessly.
